Tuffy® MEGA™ toys are constructed with up to 7 layers of material, depending on shape and style. These include up to 3 layers of luggage-grade fabric and 3 layers of plastic coating, all held together with 7 rows of stitching — including cross and linear stitches for maximum durability.

When possible, protective webbing is added around seams and stitched up to 3 extra times for reinforcement. On top of that, squeakers are safely tucked into material pouches, giving you time to retrieve the toy if your pet gets to the core.
